Does my store have click & collect?

You can find your nearest Click and Collect store here (link to C&C stores)

How long does is take to arrive in-store?

It takes between 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive in store.

How will I know when my order is in-store?

When your order is ready for collection in store you will receive an Email to notify you that your order is ready for collection.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

You will need to bring your Order Confirmation Email (either printed or on a phone/tablet) and the payment card you used to purchase the items.

Can I pay in-store?

No, Click and Collect is the same as shopping online but your order is delivered to your local McCauley Pharmacy.

How much does is cost?

Click and Collect is FREE

How do I make a return through Click & Collect?

You must return items to the Click and Collect store you collected your order from. Remember to bring your receipt.

Returns will be done at store level.

How long do I have to return unwanted items bought through Click and Collect?

Our Returns policy can be found here. This starts from the day your order is delivered to store. 

How long do I have to collect my order from store?

Your order will be kept in the store for 7 days. After 7 days if your order has not been collected it will be returned to the online store.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If the status of your order is pending paid, that means we still have to process it. Once we’ve processed the order, we will dispatch within two days, and send it to DPD (our delivery partner). Update: Because of the limitations that come with Covid-19, orders may be delayed for up to 4/5 working days. This may take longer with some parcels if we are awaiting stock from the supplier. We will notify you if the delay goes beyond 5 working days. Please allow for for up to 10 days in some areas due to DPD delays. Thank you for your patience, we’re doing our best to get your order to you as fast as we can.

HOW DO I RETURN A PARCEL?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact [email protected] Please allow 24hrs response time, then we will get your parcel collected and a new one resent, or alternatively we’ll refund the incorrect item received and arrange a pickup.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 working days. This also appears to be taking a day or two longer than usual, due to delays related to Covid-19. Thanks for your patience in this.

I CAN’T SEEM TO CONTACT DPD?

If you have any issues with DPD tracking or issues with your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] and we can chase this up for you.

CAN I USE A MCCAULEY GIFT CARD OR ONE4ALL ONLINE?

At the moment our Gift cards and One4All vouchers can’t be used online - but we can still place the order for you if you contact us at [email protected]. Just leave us your name, number and the product you’re looking for, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to take a phone order using your voucher.

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT I PURCHASED ONLINE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have any issue with a product purchased please contact us at [email protected] and we will sort this issue and re-send asap.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Please contact our online team at [email protected] and we can adjust or inform DPD of this change.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL IS GONE MISSING?

If you are waiting for your parcel for a long period of time and tracking shows delivered, please contact online team at [email protected] and we can follow up with DPD and arrange for the driver to contact you directly.
